Conversational AI and digital engagement platform mPulse announced it has acquired healthcare communications company Clarity Software Solutions, marking its sixth acquisition in the last four years.
mPulse offers AI-enabled omnichannel engagement products for healthcare, including predictive analytics, health portals, a content hub, and a Health Experience and Insights (HXI) platform.
Clarity Software Solutions provides a SaaS healthcare communication platform and consulting services to health plans, aiming to enhance member engagement.
The companies claim that combined, they partner with more than 450 healthcare organizations, more than 80% of 4.5- and 5-star Medicare Advantage plans, and 50 of the 60 largest health plans.

Steve Mongelli, CEO of Clarity, will continue as president at mPulse.
"I am excited for Clarity to join forces with mPulse. Our creative, data-driven member communications will now get amplified through mPulse's scale and innovation," Mongelli said in a statement.
"With Clarity, mPulse's HXI capabilities will strengthen its position within the industry with a breadth of consumer touchpoints and integrated predictive analytics."
