GoodRx will continue to own and operate its telehealth platform. The deal is expected to close at the end of November.

It plans to launch 100 more e-clinics in the next 12 months.

The Digital Innovation Showcase saw five startups pitching their solutions to a panel of judges and healthcare industry professionals from the APAC region. 

The analysis found mean daily requests for abortion medications provided through Aid Access were 82.6 during the baseline period. They reached 213.7 after the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade was announced.

The pre-seed will be used to expand the startup's clinical operations and research as well as improve its proprietary clinical protocols.

The health systems say the virtual and in-home care company, called Ovatient, will provide more convenient offerings and a connection to higher-level care when needed.
