The news follows after the company’s ResAppDx-EU version 2 smartphone app was approved by the Australian TGA as a Class IIa medical device.

Endeavour Vision led the round with participation from Kaiser Permanente Ventures and Generator Ventures.

The startup now plans to move into telemedicine and expand into other GCC countries.

Icon Ventures led the round with participation from Sequoia, Oak HC/FT, Spring Mountain Capital, Female Founders Fund and Harmony Partners.

Jumpstart, TurnCap, Northcoast Fund, Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, Valley Growth Ventures, and Hudson River Capital Partners participated in the round. 

The company's latest raise brings its total funding to $120 million.

The company, known for its ElliQ countertop AI device for seniors, is also working on personal assistant software for cars and other use cases.

The company's initial product is designed for end stage renal disease patients receiving peritoneal dialysis in their homes.

Australia-based healthcare analytics startup Prospection raised A$10 million in its first external funding round, led by Main Sequence Ventures’ CSIRO Innovation Fund and Horizons Ventures, the company announced earlier this week.
